Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Service Team Scheduler to coordinate field service activities for engineered-to-order equipment installations, startups, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance. You will ensure the right technician with the right tools is deployed on time, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years in industrial manufacturing or field service coordination, strong MS Office skills, and experience with ERP systems (D365 preferred) and

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, field service coordination, or technical customer service.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience with ERP systems; D365 preferred; FSM/CRM scheduling familiarity.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage daily, weekly, and long-range schedules for onsite field technicians.
Assign technicians based on skill set, certifications, product knowledge, and geography.
Coordinate installations, startups, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
Proactively adjust schedules for emergencies and changing customer needs.
Serve as primary contact for customers regarding service scheduling and visits.
