Job summary

Cisco Air Systems, a DXP company, is seeking an experienced scheduler to coordinate technician schedules and customer communications. You will ensure PO/CC compliance, maintain accurate customer and equipment information, and manage parts staging for jobs.

The role requires prior scheduler experience, strong communication, and solid computer skills; CRM experience is a plus. Office environment, Monday–Friday, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Scheduler experience required.
• Proficient in computer use; minimum 2 years.
• CRM experience preferred (1 year).
• Strong written, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Scheduler experience required
• This requires head-on communication, written, telephone, and computer skills
• Must have computer experience (2 years required)
• CRM experience (1 year preferred)
• Experience in any the following areas make an excellent air compressor service technician scheduler: Automotive, Concrete, Forklift, HVAC, Refrigeration, Rental, Field Service Repair

Additional Information

Pay range: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (DOE)

Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 7:30am- 4:00pm

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
