Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Scheduler to plan and optimize service work, ensuring customer commitments are met with efficient technician assignments using ACE/Oracle.

The role requires 3–5 years of customer service experience, strong communication, and multitasking abilities, with Excel proficiency and prior fleet scheduling exposure preferred. Office-based with potential future remote arrangement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of strong customer service background.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior work experience as a Fleet scheduler or Service coordinator is helpful.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and optimize service work to meet customer commitments.
• Use Oracle ACE to assign calls to technicians based on skills, territories, availability, and proximity.
• Communicate and resolve scheduling issues with customers and personnel.
• Monitor branch activity and implement improvements with management.
• Prioritize backorders and track customer issues; reassign work as needed.
• Monitor technician activity to ensure commitments are met and update customers on status.
• All other duties as assigned.
