Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of direct field scheduling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all field projects for upcoming jobs after coordination with internal and external teams.
• Ensure field crews have sufficient work and report on irregular performance.
• Monitor productivity, utilization, overtime, and travel time for management reports.
• Allocate field activities, including travel time and equipment rentals.
• Adjust crew schedules in real time due to resource changes.
• Coordinate with operations and HR on new hires visibility and documentation.
