Job summary

You will build a strong sales network with industrial manufacturing customers and collaborate with operations to fulfill equipment rentals and services. A hunter mindset and CRM experience are required, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work history.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience targeting commercial customers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hunter sales approach.
• Understanding of power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems.
• Proficient with a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling and account management.
• Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and propose solutions.
• Develop and deliver commercial sales proposals.
• Sell equipment rentals and services to commercial customers.
• Develop medium-to-long term sales plans.
• Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and administrative teams.
