Job summary

Aggreko plc in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Sales Representative, Manufacturing to build and manage a local manufacturing sales network. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting industrial customers and expanding Aggreko's footprint in manufacturing markets.

The role requires 3+ years of direct sales experience, a hunter mindset, and knowledge of power generation and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

3+ years of direct sales experience selling to commercial customers.
Entrepreneurial mindset and hunter mentality.
Understanding of power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems.
Proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Travel up to 50% in local territory for client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Remote management: manage pipeline from home office on non-travel days.
Cold calling and account management.
Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
Assess customer needs and propose solutions.
Develop and deliver commercial sales proposals.
Sell equipment rentals and services to commercial customers.
Develop medium-to-long term sales plans.
Track sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and administrative teams.
