Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Sales Representative based in Memphis, TN, with coverage extending to Decatur and Huntsville, AL. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building a strong network with industrial manufacturing customers and driving revenue growth for our energy solutions.

You'll leverage a hunter mindset, develop medium-to-long term plans, and collaborate with operations, logistics, and admin teams to deliver tailored proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience selling to commercial customers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter sales approach.
• Must possess a sales hunter mindset and drive results.
• Understanding of power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems is preferred.
• Proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling and account management.
• Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
• Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
• Developing and delivering commercial sales proposals.
• Selling equipment rentals and services to our commercial sales customers.
• Developing medium-to-long term sales plans.
• Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders.
• Partner with the operations, logistics, and administrative teams.
