Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Sales Representative for Building Services & Construction in Nashville, TN. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals—to drive revenue growth and expand Aggreko's footprint.

Face-to-face and remote sales will target new and existing customers, with coordination across operations, logistics, and admin to ensure a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of direct B2B sales experience
• Basic knowledge of construction processes
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics)
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to partner with operations, logistics and finance
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Develop and deliver commercial sales proposals.
• Sell equipment rentals and services to Building Services and Construction clients.
• Develop medium-to-long-term sales plans and strategies to grow and diversify relationships.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and admin to ensure superb customer experience.
