The candidate will lead growth of existing accounts, develop new business, drive consultative sales, manage the branch, and collaborate with shop and corporate teams to meet demand and deliver

Qualifikationen

• Proven success in B2B industrial sales, including both account management and new business development.
• Experience managing customer relationships, developing new accounts, and growing revenue.
• Understanding of sales margins, profitability, and P&L performance.
• Previous experience leading or managing people.
• Ability to build credibility with plant managers, maintenance teams, purchasing professionals, and other industrial decision‑makers.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory, including occasional overnight travel.

• Grow Existing Accounts: Build customer relationships, identify opportunities to expand business, manage pricing, and strengthen account retention.
• Develop New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new customers, expand market presence, and win profitable business throughout the territory.
• Drive Consultative Sales: Work with customers to understand operational challenges, demonstrate value, and recommend solutions that improve performance and cost efficiency.
• Lead the Branch: Oversee branch financial performance, monitor profitability and margins, manage inventory and receivables, and lead the branch team.
• Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with the shop supervisor and corporate operations to align customer demand with branch capacity and deliver strong customer service.
