• Experience in IndustrialSales (Electrical Industry preferred).

Responsibilities

• Set IndustrialSales strategy- Determine direction and scope for the sales force.
• Execute IndustrialSales strategy- Implement sales strategy using CRM and tools.
• IndustrialSales management- Manage productivity, set expectations, and mentor the team.
• Drive Industrial Solutions sales- Collaborate with Solutions Director to sell digital, Gear, Lighting, Tools and Safety solutions.
