Crawford Electric Supply is seeking a Regional Industrial Sales Leader for the Alabama Region (Birmingham, Mobile, Huntsville). This full-time role focuses on setting and executing the industrial sales strategy, leading the sales team, and driving solutions across digital, gear, lighting, tools and safety.

You will monitor financial performance, coach staff, and partner with the Solutions Director to secure Crawford as the distributor of choice in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Experience in Industrial Sales (Electrical Industry preferred).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
• Ability to create and execute sales strategy and communicate it.
• Experience using CRM software and sales forecasting tools.

Responsabilités

• Set industrial sales strategy and define direction to win in the market.
• Execute strategy by training, motivating, and supporting the sales force.
• Manage sales productivity, set targets, forecasts and plans.
• Drive solution sales in digital, gear, lighting, tools, safety, and prefab.
• Monitor area financials and guide teams to meet goals.
• Handle reporting and analytics for sales performance.
• Develop associates and promote learning opportunities.
• Improve job performance and drive for results.
• Represent professionalism in interactions with customers and teams.
