Job summary

Codale Electric Supply seeks an Industrial Sales Account Manager to drive growth for mining and industrial accounts in Nevada. You will provide product knowledge, automation and power-distribution solutions to OEMs, integrators, and end users, with heavy mining focus.

MSHA training and travel across the territory are required. Location: Elko, NV; Schedule: Mon–Fri; Compensation is commission-based with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to obtain MSHA certification.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory and visit mine sites.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations and industrial automation and power-distribution solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established territory primarily mining and industrial customers in NV.
• Support customers in mining, process plants, and power distribution infrastructure.
• Sell and support industrial automation solutions including PLCs, HMIs, and sensors.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Foster relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive teams.
• Maintain CRM data, forecasts, and account plans; travel 5–10% out of state.
