You will be trained in products, develop skills in interactive presentations, and build relationships with key decision makers while pursuing ambitious revenue targets and market share growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for electrical components focused on industrial controls and power distribution.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts in the territory.
• Foster relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive teams.
• Understand customer structures and leverage buying influences to drive sales.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts and prospect new opportunities.
• Coordinate orders with staff for entry, tracking and fulfilment; follow up on quotations.
• Develop knowledge of core industrial products and substitutes.
• Offer smart, tailored solutions based on customer needs.
