Job summary

Codale Electric Supply seeks an Industrial Sales Account Manager to drive growth for mining and industrial accounts in Nevada. You will provide product knowledge, automation and power-distribution solutions to OEMs, integrators, and end users, with heavy mining focus.

MSHA training and travel across the territory are required. Location: Elko, NV; Schedule: Mon–Fri; Compensation is commission-based with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Industrial Sales Account Manager:

This is a great opportunity to launch an exciting career in Industrial Sales. We are looking for a motivated, solutions-driven, and curious individual to learn the Codale way of partnering with customers to provide value-added industrial automation, electrical, and lighting solutions. This position is responsible for providing product knowledge, application solutions, and services to industrial OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), integrators, and end users. The account package will have heavy mining accounts. MSHA and DOT Medical Card will be required. You will be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver interactive sales presentations that will teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, strategic planning and problem solving. This role will provide you the foundational education and experience needed for all future career growth.

How you will contribute:

• Manage and grow an established territory consisting primarily of mining, industrial manufacturing, OEM, and system integration customers throughout Nevada and surrounding markets.
• Support customers in surface mining, underground mining, process plants, crushing systems, conveying systems, dewatering systems, pumping applications, and power distribution infrastructure.
• Sell and support industrial automation solutions including PLCs, HMIs, industrial networking, motor control centers, variable frequency drives, sensors, and process control systems.
• Rockwell Automation experience is a plus.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets while growing market share.Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Foster strong relationships with engineering, procurement, executive teams, and other key decision makers at customer organizations.
• Develop a complete understanding of customer's organizational structures and leverage key buying influences to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Prepares an annual sales forecast for assigned territory for maximum productivity and sales growth.Prospects and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Coordinates secured customer orders with appropriate staff for order entry, tracking & fulfilment.Follows up on all generated quotations to ensure the customer is being serviced and document the proposed solution.
• Understands and cultivates knowledge on core industrial products, including appropriate product substitutes.
• Develop and execute account growth plans for key strategic mining customers, identifying capital project opportunities, maintenance initiatives, and operational improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate customer activity, opportunity pipelines, quotations, forecasts, project tracking, and account plans within the company's CRM system to support strategic territory growth.
• Maintain compliance with all mine-site safety requirements and actively promote a safety-first culture while supporting customers in industrial and mining environments.
