Job summary
A leading industrial solutions provider is seeking a professional salesperson to develop accounts in heavy industrial and energy markets. This role requires at least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, strong prospecting skills, and a consultative approach to relationships. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in B2B.
- Strong skills in hunting and prospecting for new accounts.
- Experience in the crane and rigging industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to penetrate targeted accounts.
- Create and execute annual sales plans with defined goals.
- Prospect and qualify warm leads.
- Conduct discovery meetings with customers.
- Deliver tailored proposals based on customer needs.
- Close sales by effectively selling value.
- Coordinate project development with Operations.
