Job summary

Capco Crane & Hoist, Inc. is seeking a motivated Crane Rope Sales Specialist to grow sales of wire rope, synthetic rope, slings, and rigging hardware. The role focuses on understanding lifting applications, preparing quotations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of outside industrial sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read engineering drawings and specifications. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ outside sales experience in industrial sectors.
• Strong presentation, selling, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Grow sales of wire rope, synthetic rope, slings, rigging hardware, and related lifting products.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on inquiries.
