Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to support sales remotely near Los Angeles, CA. You will lead regional initiatives and manage top accounts, while coordinating with marketing programs and field resources to drive growth.

The role requires, or prefers, a 4-year degree and 3+ years in industrial product sales, with strong IT systems knowledge including Salesforce and BW. Travel is substantial and compensation reflects a target range.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience in industrial products.
• Knowledge of BW, Salesforce.com and Microsoft applications.
• Willingness to travel in-state and out-of-state; focus in Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead all elements of the assigned region.
• Drive region sales growth, profitability, listings and share gain.
• Develop and execute strategic plans with marketing, training, events, and outside sales.
• Establish relationships with top accounts and dealers in the area.
• Drive sell-through across SBDK brands and strategic business units.
• Provide dealer support on product knowledge and merchandising.
• Use Salesforce and BW to drive efficiencies.
• Manage budgets (T&E, funds, demo tools) to profitability.
