Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking an Inside Sales/Support Representative for Industrial Project sales and service coordination. You will liaise between sales reps, customers, subcontractors and management to ensure accurate quotations and smooth project execution.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within established processes. Experience with SAP CRM and ECC is a plus.

Qualifications

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, sales, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Two or more years of experience in customer support, inside sales, service coordination, project coordination, quoting, purchasing, or a related business-support function is preferred.
• Experience supporting industrial, construction, or project-based business is a plus.
• Experience communicating with subcontractors or external service providers is preferred.
• Experience using CRM, ERP, quoting, order management, or project-tracking systems is preferred. SAP CRM and ECC are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an inside support contact for assigned Industrial Project sales representatives.
• Provide consistent, timely, and professional communication to major customers with recurring project and service requirements.
• Develop understanding of customer business, recurring needs, project expectations, documentation requirements, and preferred communication methods.
• Provide dependable follow-through and accurate support for assigned customer and sales activities.
• Support repeat and future project business by assisting with customer requests and ongoing account needs.
• Prepare and issue product and service contract quotations.
• Gather technical, commercial, labor, and parts information needed from subcontractors to support accurate quotations.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with existing subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, quotation, order, and subcontractor information in SAP CRM and ECC where required.
• Support Industrial Project sales reps with customer communication, quotation preparation, service information, and other sales-support activities.
• Provide updates regarding customer needs, quotation status, subcontractor activity, and other matters affecting the Industrial Project business.
• Assist with identifying gaps in existing processes and provide input on improvements.
