METTLER TOLEDO in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an Inside Sales Support- Project to provide organized support for sales- and service-related activities within the Industrial Project business. You will act as a key liaison between sales reps, customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, coordinating quotations and project-related documents.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, inside sales, service coordination, project coordination, quoting, or purchasing preferred.
• Experience with industrial, construction, or project-based business is a plus.
• Experience communicating with subcontractors or external service providers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an inside support contact for assigned Industrial Project sales representatives.
• Provide timely, professional communication to major customers with recurring project and service requirements.
• Prepare and issue product and service contract quotations.
• Gather technical, commercial, labor, and parts information from subcontractors for accurate quotations.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, quotation, order, and subcontractor data in SAP CRM and ECC where required.
• Support sales teams with customer communication, quotation status, and other sales-support activities.
