Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO, LLC is seeking a project support professional to assist the sales team during scoping, participate in RFP/RFQ responses, and lead conference calls with clients and resources to ensure successful implementation.

You will coordinate delivery, installation and configuration of hardware and software, act as the MT, LLC Project Manager, and monitor task progress to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a hardware/software support role, help desk or systems implementation.
• Experience with SPC, weighing systems or batch/formulation software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Networking, client-server environments and IT best practices.
• Proficient with Windows OS and MS Office applications including Visio and Project.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Teams during project scoping to ensure feasibility and respond to RFPs/RFQs as needed.
• Lead conference calls between MT, contractors and clients to ensure successful implementations.
• Coordinate delivery, installation and configuration of hardware/software.
• Act as MT, LLC Project Manager for internal and external resources.
• Monitor progress of project tasks and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
