Berkshire Production Supply LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Cleveland, OH area. You will develop and maintain relationships with customers in your territory, understand their needs, and craft solutions to meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience is required.
• CNC machining experience or industrial distribution/supply chain experience is preferred.
• Must be age 21+ to drive a company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Demonstrated experience managing and growing sales territory.
• Ability to quickly build relationships with key decision makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed with high productivity and organization.
• Proficient use of Windows, Microsoft Office & Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business relationships with potential and existing customers and meets KPIs for prospecting and closing deals.
• Understands customer business models and product needs.
• Crafts solutions that meet and exceed requirements.
• Prospect new clients in assigned territory.
• Expand sales with existing clients.
• Act as subject matter expert on all product lines.
• Provide territory progress reports and growth opportunities.
• Respond to RFQs as necessary.
• Collaborate with other teams on large projects to ensure deliveries.
• Pursue VMI opportunities and notify customers of signature brand products.
