Job summary

SunSource is seeking an Outside Sales Regional Account Manager to own a high-potential Central/Northern Ohio territory. You will build relationships, uncover opportunities, and manage your own book of business in industrial service and repair sales.

Role requires hunter mentality, strong communication, and CRM-driven prospecting, with travel as needed to visit industrial customers and close deals. Growth opportunities and competitive compensation are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside sales experience preferred and hunter mentality is essential.
• Proven ability to qualify opportunities, plan calls, develop accounts, and manage time.
• Ability to build and maintain business relationships and communicate clearly.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel overnight if needed.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems is required.

Responsibilities

• 90% of time dedicated to new business development.
• Grow territory by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships.
• Manage open orders and keep customers informed and satisfied.
• Update CRM daily and plan your schedule for an organized outside sales approach.
• Build relationships at all levels of customer organizations and help solve problems.
