Tradesmen International, LLC is seeking an Industrial Account Executive to grow and manage a defined sales territory in the industrial, manufacturing and production space. This outside sales role requires daily field activity, building relationships with plant and facility managers, generating new business, and growing existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in outside sales, territory sales, or B2B sales.
• Experience in plant maintenance, manufacturing, or job shop environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to generate new business and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and canvass within assigned territory to generate new business.
• Make direct sales calls and presentations to plant, facility, and HR managers.
• Educate prospects on the value of a skilled, flexible workforce.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators to match craftworkers to orders.
• Maintain quarterly sales goals and manage longer sales cycles.
