Job summary

Tradesmen International is seeking an Industrial Account Executive to grow and manage an assigned sales territory in the industrial, manufacturing, and production space. This is an outside sales role: you will be in the field daily, building relationships with plant, facility, and manufacturing clients and generating new business.

Earn uncapped commissions and advance with a proven leader in skilled trades staffing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside sales experience in industrial, manufacturing or staffing.
• Proven ability to cold call, canvass, and generate new business leads.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and canvass within your territory to generate new business and grow accounts.
• Make direct sales calls and presentations to plant, facility, and HR managers.
• Educate prospects on the value of a skilled, variable workforce.
• Coordinate with internal project coordinators to match craftspeople to orders.
• Maintain quarterly sales goals and manage longer sales cycles.
• Build relationships with client senior management and site staff.
• Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding to satisfaction checks.
• Support field employees and track placements in Salesforce.
• Represent Tradesmen at trade shows and networking events.
• Report to the local General Manager and contribute to territory strategy.
