Tradesmen International, LLC in Indiana’s Elkhart area is seeking an Industrial Account Executive to grow and manage an assigned sales territory within the industrial, manufacturing and production space. This is an outside sales role; you'll build relationships with plant, facility, and manufacturing clients in the field daily, and your earnings grow with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside sales or B2B sales in industrial/manufacturing context.
• Ability to prospect, cold call, canvass and generate new business within a defined territory.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proven sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and canvass within your territory to generate new business and grow accounts in industrial, manufacturing, and production clients.
• Make direct sales calls and presentations to plant, facility, and HR managers at their place of business
• Educate prospects on the value of a skilled, variable workforce and how it improves productivity and profitability
• Partner with internal teams to align staffing with client needs and orders
• Maintain and exceed quarterly sales goals and growth targets
• Build and maintain relationships with client senior management and field personnel
• Manage the full client lifecycle: onboarding, satisfaction checks, and issue resolution
• Track sales activity and maintain client records in Salesforce CRM
• Represent Tradesmen at trade shows and networking events
• Report to local General Manager and contribute to territory strategy
