Job summary

Tradesmen International is seeking an Industrial Account Executive to grow and manage a defined sales territory in the industrial, manufacturing, and production space. This outside sales role emphasizes field activity and building relationships with plant and facility managers in the Rockford region.

You will generate new business, manage ongoing accounts, and work with internal staff to ensure the right craftworkers are matched to orders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside sales or B2B sales experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Proven ability to cold call, canvass a territory and generate new business leads.
• Ability to close deals while managing a longer, complex sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and canvass within your territory to generate new business and grow accounts.
• Deliver direct sales calls and presentations to plant, facility, and HR managers.
• Educate clients on the value of a skilled, variable workforce.
• Coordinate with internal teams to match staffing needs to orders and crafts.
• Maintain relationships with client senior management and site personnel.
• Track activity and keep client records in Salesforce.
