Job summary

Tradesmen International is seeking an Industrial Account Executive to grow and manage an assigned sales territory in the industrial, manufacturing and production space. This is an outside field role, building relationships with plant and facility managers to generate new business and grow existing accounts.

You will be in Fort Worth, TX, earning uncapped commission and collaborating with project coordinators to match staffing needs with client demand while pursuing quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside/territory/B2B sales experience in industrial or staffing sectors.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience cold calling, canvassing a territory, and closing deals.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and canvass within your territory to generate new business and grow accounts.
• Make direct sales calls and presentations to plant, facility, and HR managers on-site.
• Educate clients on the value of a skilled, variable workforce and productivity gains.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators to match staffing needs with client orders.
