Tradesmen International is seeking an Industrial Account Executive to grow and manage an assigned sales territory within the industrial, manufacturing and production space.

This outside sales role involves daily fieldwork, building relationships with plant, facility, and manufacturing clients, generating new business, and growing existing accounts. Uncapped commission means your earning potential rises with your results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside sales experience (industrial, manufacturing, or staffing industry a plus)
• Ability to prospect, cold call, and canvass territory to generate new business
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and canvass within assigned territory to generate new business and grow current accounts across industrial, manufacturing, and production clients
• Make direct sales calls and presentations to plant managers, facility managers, and HR managers at their place of business
• Educate prospects on the value of a skilled workforce and how it improves productivity and profitability
• Partner with internal Project Coordinators to match staff to orders
• Maintain and exceed quarterly sales goals and growth targets
• Build relationships with client senior management and site personnel
• Manage the full client lifecycle: onboarding, satisfaction checks, and issue resolution
• Support field employees by preparing for assignments and tracking jobsite placements
• Track sales activity in Salesforce CRM
• Represent Tradesmen at trade shows and networking events
• Report to the local General Manager and contribute to territory strategy and account planning
