Tradesmen International, LLC is seeking an Industrial Account Executive to grow an assigned sales territory in the industrial, manufacturing and production space. This outside sales role is field-based, with uncapped commissions and the opportunity to build lasting client relationships.

You'll prospect, cold call, and present to plant, facility, and HR managers, educate on a skilled workforce, and partner with internal coordinators to match staffing needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside, territory, or B2B sales experience.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or staffing sectors is a plus.
• Proven prospecting, canvassing, and closing capabilities for a sales quota.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in industrial settings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and canvass territory to generate new business.
• Make direct sales calls and presentations to plant/facility/HR managers.
• Educate prospects on the value of a skilled workforce and productivity gains.
• Partner with Project Coordinators to match staff to orders.
• Maintain quarterly sales goals and manage longer sales cycles.
• Build client relationships with senior management and site personnel.
• Manage full client lifecycle from onboarding to satisfaction checks.
• Track activity and maintain client records in Salesforce.
• Represent Tradesmen at trade shows and industry events.
