Tradesmen International is seeking an Industrial Account Executive to grow and manage an assigned sales territory within the industrial, manufacturing, and production space. This outside sales role requires daily field presence to build relationships with plant, facility, and manufacturing clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing staffing or B2B environments.
• Ability to manage a longer, complex sales cycle and hit quarterly goals.
• Proven lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and canvass your assigned territory to generate new business.
• Present to plant, facility, and HR managers to win new accounts.
• Educate prospects on the value of a skilled, variable workforce.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators to match craftspeople to orders.
• Maintain quarterly sales goals and growth targets in a longer sales cycle.
