Tradesmen International is seeking an Industrial Account Executive in Houston to grow and manage a sales territory within the industrial, manufacturing and production space. This outside sales role involves daily field work, building relationships with plant, facility, and HR managers, and driving new business with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside/B2B sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, or staffing environments.
• Ability to prospect, cold-call, and grow accounts in a large territory.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet sales quotas across longer cycles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in a field-based role.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and grow accounts in the industrial, manufacturing, and production space.
• Make direct sales calls and presentations to plant, facility, and HR managers.
• Educate prospects on the value of a skilled, variable workforce.
• Coordinate with internal staff to ensure the right craftspeople are matched to orders.
• Maintain quarterly sales goals and grow client accounts.
• Build relationships with client senior management and site leadership.
• Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing satisfaction.
