Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined geographic area. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, making face-to-face calls and presenting solutions with sample boards and demos.

Requirements include residing in the territory, the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, a clean driving record, and the stamina to kneel and bend as you work.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Job stability: Must have a strong tenured background, with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
• Attributes: Ability to work independently with a proven history of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calls on businesses near existing customers; face-to-face visits.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep your mobile store clean and functional; submit daily reports detailing sales orders and calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
