Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial equipment across multiple locations. You will work with washers, dryers, conveyors, boilers, and related pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities include reading schematics, performing welding (MIG/TIG/ARC), and adhering to Lockout/Tagout and safety procedures. Travel to various sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' work experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a production environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics preferred.
• Lockout/Tagout experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot industrial equipment, systems, and components (washers, dryers, conveyors, boilers).
• Perform maintenance following safety policies and procedures, and company standards.
• Carry out welding activities (MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, brazing) and installation per blueprints/specifications.
• Travel to multiple company locations to perform maintenance tasks and provide information to partners.
