Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a maintenance technician to install and repair industrial equipment, including washers, dryers, and conveyors, across multiple facilities. The role requires reading blueprints, following safety protocols, and performing routine maintenance and welding tasks as needed.

The candidate should be comfortable traveling to different Company locations and performing Lockout/Tagout and confined space procedures when applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ work experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a production environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics preferred.
• Lockout/Tagout experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installs and troubleshoots industrial equipment, systems, and components.
• Performs maintenance tasks following safety policies and procedures.
