Job summary

Amentum is seeking a General Maintenance Technician II to join our operations & maintenance team at Mossville. The role focuses on responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and performing emergency and preventive maintenance on building equipment within a manufacturing environment including clean rooms.

The position requires working with multi-craft tasks, CMMS, and the ability to identify safety issues while maintaining equipment to minimize downtime. Associated benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of maintenance experience in HVAC, mechanical, or automotive repair.
• CMMS experience and ability to perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Safely performs maintenance tasks following safety guidelines and PPE.
• Operates, maintains, and repairs facility and production equipment in compliance with regulations.
• Analyzes failures and performs preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Performs planned maintenance and keeps inventory of spare parts.
• Supports installations and project work as needed.
• Complies with regulations and safety practices.
