Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical maintenance education preferred.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic across units for measurements.
• Safety awareness and ability to follow emergency protocols.
• Strong communication skills across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, tools, conveyors and machines.
• Replace defective parts using hoists and hand/power tools.
• Measure and adjust parts with calipers, micrometers and other tools.
• Respond to downtime and communicate status to production teams.
• Fabricate repair parts using mills, lathes and drill presses.
• Manage inventories of equipment, parts and supplies.
• Use HMIs, VFDs and PLCs for advanced equipment adjustments.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping and environmental compliance.
• Document actions and report trends.
• Support team objectives and ongoing improvement.
