Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Able to read diagrams, manuals and engineering specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production machinery.
• Disassemble/repair parts using hand and power tools; analyze root causes.
• Take measurements with precision tools and adjust parts as required.
• Respond to downtime and coordinate emergency repairs and preventive tasks.
• Fabricate repair parts using mills, lathes and drill presses.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, parts and supplies.
• Document actions and report trends and issues clearly.
• Stay current with technical knowledge through workshops and readings.
