Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Operative to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose problems, and repair tools and machines while adhering to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in electromechanical or hydraulic maintenance in a continuous manufacturing setting, with high school or trade training and forklift certification. PLC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Trade School completion is required.
• 1+ years of electromechanical or hydraulic experience in manufacturing.
• Maintenance experience in continuous operation environments preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks.
• Repair machines and equipment using hand and power tools.
• Service and adjust moving parts and equipment; diagnose problems.
• Fabricate tooling and assist with mold setups when required.
• Promote safety and comply with OSHA guidelines.
