Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks an experienced maintenance professional to uphold production equipment, facilities, and grounds. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair, fabricate parts, and manage inventory while maintaining safety and reporting on equipment performance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in maintenance, strong mechanical/HVAC/electrical/plumbing skills, and effective communication abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in mechanical systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Strong safety mindset and emergency response awareness.
• Effective communication with peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production machinery.
• Replace defective parts and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Measure and adjust parts using precision tools and gauges.
• Respond to downtime events to minimize equipment downtime.
• Fabricate repair parts with machine shop equipment as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels of equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Provide maintenance data and reports summarizing trends.
• Adhere to safety procedures to ensure a clean, safe workplace.
