Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling preferred for maintenance fields.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems.
• Strong safety orientation and emergency response readiness.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyor systems, and production equipment.
• Remove defective parts, dismantle devices, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Measure and adjust parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
• Minimize downtime by responding to downtime events and coordinating repairs.
• Fabricate repair parts using mills, lathes, and drill presses as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Provide maintenance reports by analyzing data and trends.
• Operate HMIs, VFDs, and PLCs for equipment adjustments.
• Adhere to safety rules and keep the workplace clean and organized.
• Document actions and communicate needs clearly across teams.
