Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold production equipment, facilities, and grounds, following safety rules and company guidelines. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support downtime reduction with timely repairs.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling preferred.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Ability to read manuals, diagrams and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production machines.
• Replace defective parts and conduct root cause analysis.
• Measure and adjust components using calipers, micrometers, and rulers.
• Minimize downtime by promptly addressing emergencies and routine maintenance.
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools (mills, lathes, drill presses).
• Maintain inventories of equipment, parts, and supplies; forecast needs.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Document maintenance actions and prepare reports on trends and outcomes.
• Support team objectives and communicate clearly with production staff.
• Operate HMIs, VFDs, and PLCs for advanced equipment handling.
