The Recruiting Hive is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech in Wisconsin near Green Bay. The role focuses on electro-mechanical troubleshooting, PLC fault-tracing, and AC/DC drive diagnostics within a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

You will participate in a 12-hour rotating shift with six consecutive days off each month, enjoy a full benefits package, paid time off, and ongoing technical training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology / Automated Systems OR 4+ years of equivalent hands-on industrial machinery experience.
• Hands-on experience with AC/DC drives and PLC environments.
• Proven stability with max 2 employers in 5 years; US work authorization required.

Responsabilités

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and drive systems.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults; clear line stoppages promptly.
• Read and apply electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance routines.
• Occasionally travel (~2 days every other month) for regional training.
