Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Tech for the Greater Green Bay area. You will troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, work with PLC logic, AC/DC drives, and support ongoing facility upgrades.

This direct-hire role offers up to $29.50/hour, a 12-hour rotating shift with six consecutive days off each month, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training. Requires 4+ years’ hands-on experience or an associate degree with experience, 45-minute commute, and US work

Qualifications

• Electro-Mechanical depth with 4+ years hands-on maintenance or an Associate's degree plus 2 years experience.
• Experience with AC/DC drives and PLC environments.
• Proven work history stability: max 2 employers in past 5 years.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift including weekends.
• Residence within 45-minute drive of Greater Green Bay, WI.
• US citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs across automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives; calibrate and resolve faults.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults; clear line stoppages quickly.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints; perform overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventive maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally for training and regional meetings.
