Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech for a direct-hire role in the Greater Green Bay area. You will perform electro-mechanical troubleshooting, maintain PLCs, and service AC/DC drives on automated production equipment.

The position features a 12-hour rotating shift with six consecutive days off each month, competitive hourly pay up to $29.50, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for ongoing technical training in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance or an Associate's Degree plus 2 years experience.
• Proficient with AC/DC drives and PLC environments.
• Stable work history with max 2 employers in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs on automated production equipment.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC drive faults and motor drive systems.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints for overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and perform preventative maintenance.
• Travel occasionally for regional training (~2 days every other month).
