Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech for our Greater Green Bay area facility. The role focuses on electro-mechanical maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, AC/DC drives, and preventive maintenance on automated production equipment.

The position offers a direct-hire arrangement with a competitive hourly rate up to $29.50, full benefits, and a 12-hour rotating shift pattern that includes six consecutive days off each month. Regional travel is expected occasionally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
• Associate's degree or higher in Electro-Mechanical Technology or Automated Systems.
• US work authorization or citizenry; Green Card preferred.
• Residence within 45-minute commute of Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on automated production equipment.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC drives and motor control systems.
• Trace PLC logic, diagnose faults, and restore line operations.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Lead shift hand-offs and execute preventative maintenance.
• Travel regionally ~2 days every other month for training.
