Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech – PLCs, AC/DC Drives for a state-of-the-art facility in the Greater Green Bay area. Direct-hire, with hourly pay up to $29.50, full benefits, PTO, and ongoing training.

The 12-hour rotating schedule includes a recurring block of six days off each month. You will perform electro-mechanical repairs, troubleshoot AC/DC drives, trace PLC faults, read schematics and mechanical blueprints, and lead shift hand-offs and preventive

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology / Automated Systems or 4+ years of hands-on experience.
• 4+ years hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance in industrial settings.
• Stable work history with a max of 2 employers in 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC drives and motor systems.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults; clear line stoppages.
• Read schematics and mechanical blueprints for overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance.
• Travel occasionally for regional training (~2 days every other month).
