Work is in a state-of-the-art Green Bay area facility with a 12-hour rotating shift and a fixed six-day off block every month. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on maintenance (or an Associate’s degree plus 2 years), a stable work history, US work

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance or an Associate's degree with 2 years of experience.
• Experience with AC/DC drives and industrial PLC environments.
• Stable work history with a maximum of 2 employers in the last 5 years.
• US work authorization (Citizen or Green Card) and ability to commute within 45 minutes of Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs and emergency breakdown repairs on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and resolve faults in power control systems.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults; read schematics and ladder diagrams for overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance to sustain operations.
• Travel occasionally for regional technical training (about 2 days every other month).
