CareerNerds, LLC is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech – PLCs, AC/DC Drives & 6-Day Off Blocks in the Greater Green Bay area. This direct-hire role offers up to $29.50/hr with full benefits and a 12-hour rotating shift delivering six consecutive days off each month.

You will troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, AC/DC drives, PLC logic, read schematics, and perform preventive maintenance while traveling for occasional regional training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance or Associate's +2 years experience.
• 2 employers max in past 5 years.
• US work authorization (Citizenship/Green Card).
• 12-hour rotating shift readiness including weekend coverage.
• Residence within 45-minute commute of Green Bay, WI.
• Occasional regional training travel (~2 days every other month).

Responsibilities

• Execute electro-mechanical repairs on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and power controls.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear line stoppages.
• Analyze schematics, blueprints, and ladder diagrams for overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventive maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally for regional technical training.
