Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or 4+ years hands-on industrial maintenance.
• Experience with AC/DC drives and PLC environments.
• Stable work history: max 2 employers in 5 years.

Aufgaben

• Perform electro-mechanical repairs on automated production equipment.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and control systems.
• Trace PLC logic and resolve faults quickly to minimize downtime.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Lead shift hand-offs and follow PM routines.
• Occasional regional travel for training
