Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology / Automated Systems OR 4+ years of equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience with AC/DC drives and PLC environments.
• Rock-solid career history with max 2 employers in the last 5 years.
• Willingness to work a structured 12-hour rotating shift including weekends.
• Residence within 45-minute driving radius of Greater Green Bay, WI.
• US citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical repairs and emergency breakdown fixes on automated production machinery.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor drives and power controls; calibrate and resolve faults.
• Trace PLC logic and electrical faults to clear stoppages.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints for precise overhauls.
• Lead shift hand-offs and preventative maintenance routines.
• Travel occasionally (≈2 days every other month) for regional training.
